Order information may include your email, products, totals, order number, status and notes. Payment information may include payment status and proof you voluntarily submit. Account and support data may include your username, private messages and files you send. Technical information may include IP address, browser, device, access time, referring page, security logs, cookies and cart/session data.

The currently enabled method uses QR/bank-payment instructions shown at checkout. The website does not store full payment-card numbers. If you open or use Discord or another external service, that service’s own privacy terms also apply. Send order numbers and payment proof through private messages only—never through the public Community Feed.

We retain order, payment, support and security records only as long as reasonably needed for service, warranty, dispute prevention, security, accounting and applicable obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted, anonymised or access-restricted as appropriate.
